788 Bet Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

By registering an account on 788 Bet, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 788 Bet (the platform).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the 788 Bet platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of these terms, the English version shall take precedence.

To register and maintain an account with 788 Bet, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 788 Bet is an adults-only platform and takes underage gambling prevention seriously.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, or other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 788 Bet or any other platform you have linked to a self-exclusion scheme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of 788 Bet, or a close family member of any such individual.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 788 Bet. If we discover that you hold multiple accounts, all accounts — including any winnings — may be suspended pending investigation. 788 Bet reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any bonuses claimed through them.

To complete your account verification (KYC), you will be required to provide a copy of a valid Pakistani identity document (CNIC or NICOP) and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership. Unverified accounts have limited withdrawal access until KYC is complete.

You are solely responsible for keeping your 788 Bet account login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and secure. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.

788 Bet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 788 Bet requesting your password, please report it to our support team immediately.

Any activity conducted through your 788 Bet account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility. If you allow another person to access your account and they incur losses or claims, 788 Bet accepts no liability for those actions.

788 Bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All methods are subject to a minimum deposit of Rs 500.

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. In the rare event of a delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting our support team. If a deposit has been debited from your account but not credited to your 788 Bet balance, retain your transaction reference number and contact support — we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 788 Bet does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any form of payment not listed above.
• Deposit limits may be set by individual payment providers. 788 Bet is not responsible for limits imposed by your bank or wallet provider.
• By depositing, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

To request a withdrawal from your 788 Bet account, you must have completed your KYC verification and have a positive real-money balance equal to or exceeding the minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method from which your most recent deposit was made — this is a standard anti-money laundering measure.

Withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within minutes for verified accounts during business hours. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank. 788 Bet does not charge withdrawal fees — however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

• Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only your real-money balance and wagered bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• 788 Bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of our responsible AML procedures.
• If a withdrawal is returned by your payment provider (for example, due to an incorrect account number), the funds will be credited back to your 788 Bet balance and you will be asked to resubmit with corrected details.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 788 Bet promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance and any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x) is stated on each promotion.
• One bonus at a time: You may only hold one active bonus at a time. If you make a deposit while a bonus is active, the new deposit does not automatically trigger a second bonus.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without replacement.
• Abuse prevention: 788 Bet reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from them if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements artificially.

The following rules govern all sports and esports betting activity on 788 Bet. Where specific market rules differ from these general rules, the market-specific rules will take precedence for that market.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed and binding once you receive a bet confirmation notification. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues are not valid and stakes will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event. 788 Bet reserves the right to limit maximum stakes on any market at any time.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed at the time you initiate a bet are the odds you will receive at confirmation, unless you have selected the "accept any odds changes" option. If odds change before confirmation and you have not selected this option, you will be notified of the change before the bet is placed.
• Voided bets: A bet may be voided if the event is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, if an error in odds is identified, or if the event is otherwise cancelled. Voided stakes are returned to your 788 Bet account balance.
• Accumulator bets: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the remaining legs continue. The potential payout is recalculated based on the remaining legs' odds.
• In-play betting: All live in-play bets are accepted subject to 788 Bet's right to suspend betting at any time. We may delay acceptance of in-play bets where results are imminent.

All casino games offered on 788 Bet — including online slots, live casino tables, Aviator, and poker — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or Provably Fair algorithms where applicable. Game outcomes cannot be influenced or predicted by 788 Bet or any third party.

In the event of a game malfunction or software error, 788 Bet reserves the right to void bets that were placed during the affected period. A game malfunction voids all plays. Stakes from voided game rounds will be returned to player balances.

• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slots are published on the respective game information pages.
• Table game rules — including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and poker variants — follow standard international rules as described within each game interface.
• Aviator outcomes are governed by a Provably Fair algorithm. Players may independently verify the fairness of any completed round using the verification tool within the game.
• 788 Bet does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed or temporarily suspended for maintenance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 788 Bet. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct risks immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and being reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account on 788 Bet, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC, or at any other point.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets or interact with 788 Bet games.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or display anomalies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players on 788 Bet poker tables or any other multiplayer game format.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, including matched betting strategies or low-risk hedging using bonus balances.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent activity, stolen payment credentials, or any other illegal means.
• Attempting to launder money through the 788 Bet platform in any form.

788 Bet provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the service is available and running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including network outages, server maintenance, or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788 Bet's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises. 788 Bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that there is no guarantee of winning. 788 Bet does not accept liability for gambling losses sustained by players using the platform in accordance with these terms.

• Cool-off period: Request a temporary break from gambling of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your account will be suspended for all gambling activity.
